Information and purpose

We process account details, company profiles, tender documents, supplier pricing, tasks and submission records to operate your company workspace. Account and audit records support security and investigation. Do not upload unnecessary identity numbers or personal data.

Access and service providers

Workspace records are restricted to your company and authorised roles. Hosting is provided by Vercel and Render. When you request AI generation, tender context, company-profile facts and selected document excerpts are sent to OpenAI. Email delivery uses the configured email provider. These providers may process data outside South Africa; the operator must maintain appropriate contractual and transfer safeguards.

Your choices and rights

You can update company information in Business Profile. Contact the privacy address to request access, correction, deletion or to object to processing, subject to identity verification and applicable retention duties. Signed-in users can record a request in Users & Settings. You may raise a complaint with South Africa’s Information Regulator.

Retention and security

Workspace records are retained while your service account is active. Deletion requests require operator review of tender, accounting and legal retention obligations, including backups. Documents are stored privately with authenticated access. Security incident reports should be sent to the privacy contact.

Cookies and AI review

A secure session cookie keeps you signed in. Browser storage remembers your industry and weekly-popup preference. We do not use these preferences for advertising. AI drafts and match scores support human decisions; they do not verify legal compliance or guarantee a tender outcome.
