Your workspace

Use only information you are authorised to upload. Company administrators manage membership and roles. Protect your account and promptly report unauthorised access. Do not attempt to access another company’s records or upload harmful files.

Tenders and drafts

Source availability and updates can be delayed. Always verify the issuing buyer’s documents, closing time, briefing requirements and submission method. AI content, match scores and pricing recommendations require human review and are not guarantees of eligibility, award or profit.

Submissions

You remain responsible for accuracy, attachments and submission instructions. Email acceptance is not proof that the buyer received or accepted a bid. The portal requires review confirmation before sending a submission.

Service and data

Availability depends on hosting, tender sources and configured providers. No payment or subscription obligation arises solely from these terms; any commercial service agreement is separate. Contact Andrew@eltrovema.co.za for support, data requests or disputes.
